Definitions	A "Version" names a release of a software, dataset, or other resource. Versions can follow the common "major.minor.patch" version format, but are not restricted in any way. The version can also incorporate the dataset name (e.g., "HGNC19"). Encodes for the "gff-version" and "gvf-version" pragma statements in GFF3 and GVF, respectively. Encodes for the "gff-version" "##"-line type in GTF. Captures the "fileformat" meta-information line in VCF. Encodes for "file-version" and "technology-platform-version" pragmas in GVF.
