A sequence provides information about any biopolymer sequences. Specialized subclasses are provided to denote specialized instances of sequences, such as "Codon Sequence", "Reference Sequence", "Protein Sequence", etc. Can be used to encode for the "sequencing-scope" pragma in GVF files.
