It is controlled by ISC-NIRScan software under Windows OS (USB connection) or with an app (iOS and Android, using Bluetooth connection). NIR measurements will be collected directly, taking a portion of the sample and placing it into the cuvette in the spectral range of 900–1700 nm, by accumulating 10 internal scans. NIR spectra will be collected using a portable NIR spectrometer in the range [900nm, 1700nm]. The sensor NIRvascan ASP-NIR-M T (Allied Scientific Pro) sensor employs a 1 mm InGaAs detector (Hamamatsu model G12180-010A) with Dark Current 0.8nA @VR=1V and Noise Equivalent Power 1.4×10⁻¹⁴.
